Do you need transport? We have the solution at a customised price!
We offer the following services:
- Solutions for private and commercial customers at moderate fixed prices
- Safe transport (goods in & goods out including photo documentation)
- reasonable delivery times
- including packaging service & with DIN certified and tested material
- including art transport insurance & carrier's liability insurance
- Correspondence language: German, English, French
Information on international transport / shipping
- The goods you have purchased will be inspected, pre-packed and collected by our own fleet of groupage vehicles from the respective auction house or collection point.
- In order to be able to ship the goods to non-European countries, we will contact the responsible customs agent on your behalf. They will check the goods and issue the necessary export documents.
- We will also prepare the necessary export accompanying documents / CN 23. This is mandatory for goods with a value of over € 1000.
- We take care of all correspondence/arrangement of collection dates with the auction house.
- We will pack the goods ready for dispatch and then send them to your desired address abroad with the help of an external shipping service provider.
- You will receive a link from us which will enable you to track the dispatch status of your goods at any time.
We ship to the following countries
Delivery times
Collection and delivery normally takes place from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 19.00 (except express service).
We are also available on Saturdays in the Lüneburg, Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen areas!
This does not apply on public holidays.
As we do not offer express delivery as standard, the normal delivery time is 10 working days within Germany and 2-6 weeks for neighbouring countries.

Terms of payment
Payments for private and corporate customers are possible in the following ways:
Pay conveniently in cash after handing over your goods. Our driver will give you a receipt for your payment.
